DiviDibs is a free, browser-based tool that helps users split restaurant bills by analyzing receipt photos using AI. The service is provided as-is, without any guarantees of accuracy or availability.

You agree to use DiviDibs only for lawful purposes. You may not: • Upload images containing illegal content • Attempt to reverse-engineer or disrupt the service • Use automated tools to access the service in bulk • Misrepresent the results to defraud others

DiviDibs uses AI (Anthropic Claude) to read and parse receipt images. Results may contain errors due to image quality, receipt format, or AI limitations. You are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of results before making any payments.

All content, design, and code of DiviDibs are the property of its creators. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the app without prior written consent.

DiviDibs is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or accurate.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DiviDibs and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including errors in bill splitting calculations.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
